When you do spend time alone you really “get to your true self”. Not the labels or having other people “tell you who you are or what you should do”. If you really look deep inside your self and listen to your inner voice (I call them my angels) maybe just maybe your stronger and better than you were told you were. And you will not only find your inner peace but have “the guts ” to finally stand up for yourself and say, ” I am somebody I have a good and kind heart but no longer will anyone put me down.
